Creating a new residential neighborhood for young people

An ambitious endeavor that will play a central role in the long-term sustainable community life, by attracting young members and young families to the region, and eventually to stay as permanent members of Nahal Oz. To ensure a thriving future for Nahal Oz, we are developing a new residential neighborhood tailored for young adults and families looking to build their lives in the kibbutz.

Our plan: The project includes 7 buildings with 42 housing units, ranging from 40 to 50 square meters, catering to students, young professionals, and couples beginning their journey in our community.
